Attorney at Law Stefania Memoli

Graduated in 2004 in law at the University of Florence, she attended the two-year specialization school for legal professions with a specialization in law  and in 2007 she obtained the title of specialist in legal professions.   Over the years she has collaborated with legal training companies.  She works  as a lawyer in civil matters and for several years has worked as a lawyer domiciled by INPS.  She has gained specific expertise in the field of protection measures for incapacitated subjects (support administration, guardianship, curatorship), atypical maintenance contracts, cohabitation contracts pursuant to Law 76/2016 and, in  general, in matters relating to family law and inheritance.   To the author of written texts, comments and notes to judgments.
