His career began in January 1994, when he graduated in law with honors from the University of Florence and began his activity as a trainee lawyer at the Judicial Offices of the Court of Appeal of Florence, simultaneously serving an internship at Court of Prato.

Licensed to practice before higher courts, native Italian speaker, he is fluent in English, French and German and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and Russian.
Simone has acquired specific expertise in corporate matters including at the international level.

Simone assists clients in the formation of the corporate structures, M&A, real estate contracts, trust law, non-competition agreements and employment law matters. He represents clients in a broad range of litigations and other matters, including contract disputes, copyright infringement, licencing disputes, regulatory matters, corporate liability cases.

He represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in any court and also before the Supreme Court in Rome.
