Attorney at Law Chiara Berti

Graduated in July 2015 in law at the University of Florence discussing a thesis in constitutional law. Hattended the Zincani School of Legal Training in 2017.  She has been collaborating permanently with the Firm since July 2015, obtaining in September 2018 the qualification to practice law at the Prato Bar Association.

After obtaining the title of lawyer, she acquired specific skills in the management of business crises, gaining experience in the field of insolvency proceedings. Currently she deals  with commercial law  and also with all issues related to the executive process (expropriation of real estate, movable property of assets kept by the debtor or third parties, of undivided assets owned jointly by several subjects, against a third party owned) and real rights, besides condominium matters.
