Trainee Lawyer Vittoria Tommasi

Graduated in law at the University of Florence in July 2022, discussing a thesis in Criminal Procedure Law entitled “The current status of the injured person in criminal proceedings”, which examines the condition of the injured person in the Italian procedural system and the protection spaces reserved for them in the light of the indications contained in the numerous supranational texts issued on the subject,  with particular reference to the institution of declaratory proof of the particularly vulnerable injured person. In September 2022 she began to carry out the internship pursuant to art. 73 d.l. 69/2013 and the forensic practice at the Firm.
