Simone Calzolai, founder of SLC Law Firm represented the family members of the offended party in the preliminary hearing, set after a double request for dismissal by the Prosecutor’s Office, both rejected by the Judges of the Preliminary Investigations <\/span><\/p>\n

The Preliminary Hearing Judge ordered the defendants to be sent to trial. The trial is expected to begin on May 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
